JTRC-200 RC Drill Rig

Overview

The JTRC-200 is a reverse circulation drill rig built for 200 m hard rock  drilling in mineral exploration, geotechnical engineering and water well  projects. Based on the listed specifications, it uses 89/102 mm drill pipes,  covers 95-165 mm hole diameters, works with a 3.6 m single feed stroke and  handles rock strength from F=6-20 for demanding mid-depth drilling jobs.

1. Reaches 200 m Depth

A listed drilling depth of 200 m gives the JTRC-200 practical reach for  mid-depth mineral exploration, geotechnical investigation and water well  drilling without moving into a much larger rig class.

2. Hard Rock Torque

With 77.3 kW engine power, 5,300-7,600 N.m rotating torque and a rock  strength range of F=6-20, the rig is set up for demanding hard rock drilling  conditions where steady torque matters.

3. Fewer Rod Changes

A 3.6 m single feed stroke and 1.5 m / 2 m / 3 m drill pipe options help the  machine cover more drilling length per cycle. That supports better working  efficiency across routine RC drilling jobs.

4. 15 t Lift Force

The power head lifting capacity of 15 t gives the rig solid pullback ability  for daily drilling operations, while the 1 t winch lifting capacity supports  routine handling work on site.

5. Built for Slopes

A steel crawler hydraulic travel chassis, 30° maximum gradeability, 2.5 km/h  travel speed and 4 hydraulic outriggers give the rig the mobility and setup  support needed for uneven terrain and remote field conditions.
